Made from carefully selected solid oak, worked and finished by hand. The oiled surfaces bring out the warmth and grain of the wood, allowing it to develop a deeper patina over the years. Each piece carries the natural variation of the grain — no two tables are alike.

Dimensions
The table shown measures 250 × 90 cm with a height of 75 cm, and the top is 3 cm thick. It seats 8–10 people. On request, we're happy to make the Monolith Table in custom dimensions.

Material
We craft the tabletop from high-quality oak, which develops a distinctive patina over the years. We use wood with an expressive grain and carefully match the individual boards to one another. The surface and edges are sanded smooth.

Longevity
Due to the slow growth of the tree, oak wood is extremely dense, robust and resistant. This gives oak wood its very special quality and gives your piece of furniture a history of over one hundred years. In the endurance test, oak is the absolute longevity champion compared to walnut, teak, cherry or softwoods.

Grain&Surface
The oak wood expresses its calm, strength and character in each of the closely spaced annual rings. The natural beauty of oak wood is primarily due to its unique grain. We emphasize this by treating it with a particularly high-quality hard wax oil. We sand the surface and edges smooth. As we handcraft each table individually in our manufactory, special surface treatments are also possible on request. Please contact us for individual requests by phone or email.

Environment
We are proud to source the oak wood exclusively locally and from sustainable sources. Oaks grow in abundance, with well over 400 different species worldwide. Oak wood is considered an environmentally friendly choice for use in furniture, as it is particularly durable and resilient and can be used for a correspondingly long time.

Lowmaintenance
Compared to many other woods, oak wood requires particularly little Care and is therefore also very suitable for families with children. The treatment with organic hard wax oil protects the surface against stains and moisture. An occasional care makes the piece of furniture even more durable, we provide all the instructions with the product. We also offer a practical care set with the organic oil and tools. Shipping
Some table sizes are already in stock and can be delivered within a short time. The delivery times can be found in the size table. The table is delivered by forwarding company. Smaller tables are delivered ready assembled. Assembly is simple and quickly done. In many cities we can offer premium delivery to the apartment and assembly on request.
